Preparation

Prepare toppings for easy use and set aside

Mix all ingredients together for the dough
Cooking

Add butter to pan and heat to medium/high heat

For each crêpe, add ~50 mL of dough and spread in the pan; fry for ~3 min, flip, add toppings and fry for another minute

Occasionally add more butter to the pan between crêpes, as necessary
