Topping ideas for sweet crêpes: - chocolate cream & banana - fruits - sugar & lemon - jam

Topping ideas for salty crêpes - tuna, capers & cheese - ham & cheese - spinach & cheese

Preparation

Prepare toppings for easy use and set aside

Mix all ingredients together for the dough

Cooking

Add butter to pan and heat to medium/high heat
Step 6
For each crêpe, add ~50 mL of dough and spread in the pan; fry for ~3 min, flip, add toppings and fry for another minute
Step 7
Occasionally add more butter to the pan between crêpes, as necessary

Servce

Roll or fold crêpe, transfer to plate and serve while hot
