Instructions
Step 1
Defrost shrimp and cut into bite size. Marinade with salt, ginger, black pepper, for 5 minutes. (虾仁解冻切成小块。用盐、姜和黑胡椒腌制5分钟。)
Step 2
Peel cucumber skin. Cut cucumber and oyster mushroom into bite size. (将黄瓜去皮切成小块。蠔菇切成小朵。)
Step 3
In a pre-heated skillet, add avocado oil. Add prepared shrimp and cooked to red color. Remove from heat and set aside. (起锅烧油,加入腌好的虾仁炒至变色后捞出备用。)
Step 4
Heat skillet over medium to high heat. Add cucumber, minced garlic, and mushroom in order to the skillet, stir fry for 3 minutes between adding the ingredients. (另起锅烧油,加入黄瓜、蒜末、蠔菇,加入食材之间翻炒3分钟。)
Step 5
Add cooked shrimp back to the pan, mix contents thoroughly together. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, mushroom powder, salt, sugar to the contents. Thoroughly mix everything together, then remove contents from heat. (加入炒好的虾仁,将食材翻炒均匀,加入调料: 蚝油、酱油、菌菇粉、糖和盐。待食材和调料翻炒均匀后即可出锅。)
