Ingredients

1 Tbspvegetable oil
500gchicken breasts
sliced into thin strips
1red pepper
diced
1green pepper
or yellow, diced
1onion
chopped
fajita seasoning
To serve
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the onion for 2-3 mins or until soft and starting to brown.
Step 2
Add the chicken and cook until it is browned, should take about 5 mins
Step 3
Add the fajita seasoning and stir for 1 min to coat the chicken.
Step 4
Add the peppers and fry for an additional 5 mins
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat up the tortillas in the microwave for 30 secs.
Step 6
Take off heat and assemble fajitas to your own liking.
