Instructions

Step 1
Chop and saute onions and bell pepper until softened.
Step 2
Add black beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, cauliflower, and other seasoning. Combine and cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add shredded or chopped cooked chicken. (Could use meat of a rotisserie chicken).
Step 4
Simmer until meat is heated through. Taste and adjust as needed.
