1tin kidney beans
1red onion
1tin crushed tomatoes
1 packNacho chips
oregano
chilli
taco seasoning
For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion and sautee in the pot
Step 2
Add the tomatoes and kidney beans to mixture together with the taco seasoning, chilli and oregano. stir and let it simmer
Step 3
Start to make the cashew sauce. Mix all ingredients in blender
Step 4
Put the rice into the microwave. Add rice to mixture and let it simmer for 5 more minutes
Step 5
Serve in a bowl with the sauce and nacho chips
