Step 1
1️⃣ Firstly, cook the noodles, rinse under cold water and set aside

2️⃣ Meanwhile, slice the cabbage + peppers + grate the carrot

3️⃣ Place the prepared vegetables in a mixing bowl, adding the edamame beans + cold noodles + chopped coriander

4️⃣ In a jar, add peanut butter + tamari + maple syrup + lime juice and shake vigorously
