Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet or dutch oven over medium heat, brown the sausage until the edges are crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add the onion and sauteé until translucent, about 2-3 min. Add the garlic and cook an additional 1 minute.

Step 3
Add the ground beef to the onion and cook until there’s no pink left. Then sprinkle with flour, salt, and chilli powder and cook 1 more minute stirring frequently.

Pour the beef and onion mix, the sausage, drained tomatoes, pinto beans with liquid, drained corn, potatoes, diced green chiles with liquid, frozen peas and carrots, cumin, Worcestershire, and beef broth into a Dutch oven or crockpot.

Stove Top: Bring to a boil, and simmer for one hour. Crockpot: High for 5-6 hrs Low for 8 hrs
