Step 1
Mash the banana with a fork and add it with oat flour and plant milk in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together till well combined.
Step 3
Heat up some (coconut) oil in a pan on medium heat.
Step 4
Add two tablespoons of the pancake dough to your pan and fry it from both sides till golden.
Step 5
Do this with your whole dough, place the pancakes on a plate and add your favourite toppings.
