Chicken breast with random seasonings (I used paprika, Red Robin salt, pepper, chives) pan seared, remove
Add red onion diced, green pepper sliced, garlic diced, mushrooms sliced, jalapeño diced, let soften
Add chicken stock, and Boursin cube of cheese
Can also use spinach or green onion
