Sushi Pocket!🍣🍱🥢 If you remember this wrap hack, you know it’s just as genius with sushi😍 you can fill it with anything, but I chose salmon, tuna, sushi rice with masago, avocado with spicy mayo and eel sauce, cream cheese and kani! The kani and cream cheese gave it crab Rangoon vibes 🙃 Tag someone who would love this! … For the spring roll wrapper, dip it in water and pat it dry then immediately place it on top of the nori. This gives it stability when folding!

Instructions

Step 1
Dip spring roll paper in water then pat dry and immediately lay on top of nori
Step 2
Cut Spring roll paper and nori halfway
Step 3
Lay salmon and tuna on the first square
Step 4
Put rice and masago on the second square
Step 5
Avocado, spicy Mayo, and eel sauce on the third square
Step 6
Cream cheese and kani on the fourth square
Step 7
Fold squares on top of eachother and then cut into two triangles
Step 8
Dip in spicy Mayo and eel sauce and enjoy!
