Step 1
Slice and prepare sourdough bread

Step 2
Mix the butter, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese in a bowl and then spread on the outer side of the bread.

Add your provolone and colby jack cheese to the inside of your bread

Mix the cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes

Step 5
Add a slice of Havarti and finish the sandwich by placing the other slice of bread on top.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Once melted add in your sandwich and cover, allowing the bottoms to crisp. Once crisp, flip and repeat on the other side.
