Instructions
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, combine the potato flakes, dressing mix and pepper.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Step 3
Dip the fillets into egg, then coat with potato flake mixture.
Step 4
Place in a single layer in a 15-in. x 10 x 1 in baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Step 5
Drizzle with butter, sprinkle with paprika.
Step 6
Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 10-14 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
