Instructions
Step 1
Put the flour in a bowl, add the eggs, milk, water and salt. Blend to a smooth dough. Add melted butter or vegetable oil and mix together (or use the fat to grease the pan before frying each pancake).
Step 2
Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan with a thin bottom, e.g. a pancake pan. Flip to the other side when the bottom of the pancake is nicely browned and cut.
