Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions making sire to use green stalks of spring onion. Boil potatoes until you can easily insert sharp knife. They need to be semi soft. Leave to one side to cool down. Boil eggs until hard boiled leave to one side to cool. You will need a large bowl. Potatoes need to be cut into bitesize pieces. Add to bowl, then add onions anf mix well. Add coriander, salt and pepper and mix well. In a bowl coarsely chop the eggs snd Add mayo. Now mix in with your potatoe mix. Keep turning until fully coated. Sprinkle with curry powder mix and redo until coated.
