Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot over medium heat, cook onions for 5 minutes. Add garlic for 1 minute then add barley and broth. Simmer until all liquid is absorbed.





Step 2
Stir in sage, squash, salt and broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes.




Step 3
Add the rest and the greens to wilt in, tempeh and pepper.
