Salmon Don

Alex and Rhea 1. Mix Sake and Sugar - Heat up, when starting to boil take it off the heat when cooled down, add the soy sauce 2. Wash the salmon in water with a lot of salt to remove some of the foul smell, make sure it's not too wet and: cut in thin slices and marinate in the sauce you just made (in a zip lock bag) for 1h in the fridge 3. While the fish is in the fridge, prepare the sushi rice (boil) but use a bit less water than indicated after it's "done" mix with Sushi vinegar add vinegar to taste /(around 15ml) put the rice in the bottom, then add the fish, finely sliced leek and sesame seeds no the top, serve with wasabi

Step 1
Mix Sake and Sugar - Heat up, when starting to boil take it off the heat when cooled down, add the soy sauce
