Instructions
Step 1
Separate dried kelp into 3 cm across pieces. Peel white radish and cut it into 3 cm across cubes and set aside. Slice green onion and smash ginger for preparation.
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil after putting beef ribs, sliced dried seaweed and white radish cubes, cooking wine and smashed ginger in a pot with 2 liter of water. Adjust heat from high to medium as soon as soup starts to boil, simmer on medium for 1 hour at least.
Step 3
One hour later, simply turn off the heat when beef ribs, white radish and kelp are fully cooked. Add salt and chicken powder in the soup accordingly depending on personal preference, garnish with sliced green onion . Transfer soup into a big bowl, serve it warm.
