Ingredients

1 lbground beef
2 linkschorizo sausage
3cloves garlic
0.5bell pepper
chopped
1onion
chopped
1 x 28 ozcan Crushed tomatoes
1 x 14.5 ozcan diced tomato
1 x 15 ozcan tomato sauce
1 x 14 ozcan beef broth
1 x 14 ozcan chili beans
1 x 14 ozcan kidney beans
drained
1 canbeer
1 ½ tsporegano
½ tspground cumin
2 Tbspchili powder
1bay leaf
1can diced green chiles
small
2 dashestabasco
1 shakeworchestershire sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a pot brown meat.
Step 2
Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Saute until soft.
Step 3
Drain fat from pan
Step 4
Add tomatoes, tomatoes sauce, beef broth, chili beans, kidney beans, beer (or water), herbs, Chiles, Tabasco, worchestershire.
Step 5
Simmer over medium heat for at least 1 hour
Step 6
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, hot sauce.
