Instructions
Step 1
Chop lamb, brown in pot and remove.
Step 2
Saute onions on a low heat, soften don't brown.
Step 3
Add the lamb back in with tbsp of plain flour, cook for a couple of minutes
Step 4
Cover with boiling water until just covered. Add 2tsp of mixed herbs and 1 lamb stock cube
Step 5
Let that bubble for 20-30 minites
Step 6
Add potatoes and carrots and cook for a further 10 minutes
Step 7
Add dumplings and cook, covered, for a further 30 minutes,
