Instructions

Step 1
Peel and mash with a fork the banana.
Step 2
Mix it with soy yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and put 1/3 of the mixture aside.
Step 3
Add to this oats, plant milk, cinnamon and chia seeds. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Divide the oats into two portions and fill it in containers.
Step 5
Prepare now the peanut butter mixture by stiring the rest of the yogurt with peanut butter and top your oats with it.
Step 6
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and pour a thin layer over the oats.
Step 7
Optional you can add walnuts and salt on top and refrigerate overnight.
