Step 1
Slice cucumber in half and remove seeds. Shred cucumber into a bowl and mix with salt. Place in strainer for 15 mins to let juices naturally release from cucumber. Once 15 mins has elapsed, press juices through the strainer to dry out cucumber. You can also do so through cheesecloth. Once as much as the moisture is removed, mix cucumber with the remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
