Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the red curry paste and saute.
Step 2
2. Pour the coconut milk into the wok and bring to the boil.
Step 3
Add the sugar, lemongrass and soy sauce.
Step 4
4. Add the quorn pieces and simmer for approx 20 mins.
Step 5
5. Remove the lemongrass and serve with sprinkled coriander and red chilli. Serve with broccoli.
