Easy delicious bruschetta with mozzarella pearls. These are the perfect appetizers, I made them and put them on the table for my family to snack on until dinner was finished.

Instructions
Step 1
1- Cut your loaf into thin slices drizzle olive oil on both sides and then put it in the oven at 375° until toasty and golden
Step 2
2-Diced tomato really small, chop the basil and mince the garlic and put everything in a bowl
Step 3
3-squeeze the juice of one lemon on top, add the salt, Pearl mozzarella the olive oil and give it a good mix.
Step 4
4-once the bread comes out of the oven top it with the bruschetta and drizzle balsamic glaze on top and enjoy.
