Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425

Chop veggies and toss with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, rosemary, nutritional yeast, cumin, salt and pepper
Step 3
Roast for 30 min with chickpeas or chicken sausage
Step 4
Cook orzo and toss with olive oil so it doesn’t stick
Step 5
Add veggies and red onion
Step 6
Make sauce using yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
Step 7
Toss sauce into mixture and enjoy
