Instructions

Step 1
Put the red onion, jalapeno and garlic into a food processor. Pulse for about 10 seconds.
Step 2
Add in the rest of the ingredients, except the hamburger buns and guacamole. Pulse until everything is chopped up. (Make sure to not over pulse).
Step 3
Spray a non-stick pan with oil. Heat the pan on medium-low heat. Make 4 patties with the black bean mixture. Cook each patty about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Step 4
Once they are cooked, put them on hamburger buns and add the guacamole on top.
