Instructions

Step 1
Soak dal in water for 1/2 hour. Add salt and turmeric and grind into paste.

Dice coriander leaves and onions, then add them to the batter. Chop chilies and keep aside.

drop spoonfuls into hot oil, pressing chillies into the top if desired. Fry both sides until golden
