1 lbextra-firm tofu

¼ cupnutritional yeast
½ cupyellow miso sauce
or white, or soy

1 tsplemon juice

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

¼ tsponion powder

¼ tspgarlic powder

black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Press the tofu, then crumble into a mixing bowl using your hands.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and stir with a fork or your hands until well combined.
Step 3
Taste, adding another 1 Tbsp of nutritional yeast if desired, plus more miso, lemon juice, or Italian seasoning to taste.
Step 4
Add fresh black pepper and serve.
