Instructions
Step 1
Mix 1 TBSP of Pesto with 1 TBSP of mayo, spread on plate
Step 2
Crisp up a slice of prosciutto in a pan and cut into thin strips
Step 3
Build a salad on the pesto mayo with mixed greens, sliced tomatoes, feta cheese and prosciutto strips. Optional: dress greens with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper
Step 4
Fry an egg and place on top of salad, top with fresh basil and chives
