Instructions

Step 1
Mush bananas together in a small bowl
Step 2
Mix together the bananas, eggs, and cinnamon. I use a smoothie blender to make this process go faster and for a smoother batter, but it's also easy to mush together with a fork.
Step 3
Cook ~1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on a nonstick pan over medium heat and flip once the edges are golden brown
Step 4
Serve with any selection of toppings and enjoy! (Personally, I enjoy strawberries and peanut butter!)
