Step 1
Take out 3-4 handfuls of spinach and roughly chop. To a skillet add in a drizzle of avocado oil on medium heat. Then add in 1tbs of garlic and the chopped spinach. Sauté about 2-3 min and set aside.

To a large bowl add in your ground turkey, 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1tbs Italian seasoning, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, and the spinach and garlic mixture. Mix well and then roll into 6 large balls and set aside.

Step 3
To a large pan on medium high heat add in some avocado oil. Once hot add in your ground turkey balls and smash them into patty’s. You can do this before they go in the pan but I prefer to just do it in the pan! Cook for about 5 min per side until cooked all the way through.

While the burgers are cooking prep the veggies and make the tzatziki sauce. I sliced the tomato into thin slices, washed and cut the iceberg lettuce, and chopped the red onions.

For the tzatziki sauce mix the below ingredients:
1 cup coconut yogurt
Juice of 1 medium lemon
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1 English cucumber (grated and water squeezed out)
1 tsp minced garlic

Once everything is done assemble everything like you would a burger! Enjoy
