Instructions
Step 1
Place the oats, chia seeds and 2 cups of liquid in a bowl.
Step 2
Allow to soak overnight.
Step 3
In the morning, add the mixture to a pot and place on stovetop over medium heat.
Step 4
Bring mixture to boil, then reduce heat and simmer until fully cooked.
Step 5
This should take 10-12 minutes.
Step 6
Once the oats are cooked, stir in the cinnamon, Greek yogurt or LSA mix and top with berries or nuts.
