This is a great recipe for breakfast or mid-day if you fast in the morning. It works well with all of the Doshas. If you are Kapha you may want to eat this meal in moderation.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Soak the almonds overnight and peel them in the morning. Blend in a coffee grinder with flax seeds.
Step 2
2. Place oatmeal and all ingredients from the list above in a pot. Use double or triple the quantity of milk depending upon level of dryness in the body.
Step 3
3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Lower heat to a simmer and cook until soft. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.
