Instructions
Step 1
Chop chicken breast into cubes
Step 2
Place in strainer, boil water in kettle, pour water on both sides
Step 3
Squeeze lime on it and leave it for 20 mins then pour cold water on it
Chicken marinate:
Step 4
Add salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Step 5
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and coriander seed powder
Step 6
Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
Step 7
Mix well and marinate chicken for few hours in fridge
Step 8
Pierce chicken on skewer
Step 9
Place pan with lid on medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil, wait till hot
Step 10
Place chicken in with tomatoes and onions sliced on top
Step 11
When water is reduced, flip skewer and watch when cooked
Step 12
At the end add lime and sumac
