Ingredients

Chipotle Aioli
¾ cupmayonnaise
¼ cupsour cream
2 ½ Tbspadobo paste
1juice of lime
¾ Tbsphoney
½ tspchili powder
½ tspblack pepper
Steak
Garlic bread
2slices sourdough
¼ cupmayonnaise
1 tablespoonparsley
finely chopped
2 teaspoonsgarlic
finely minced
1 tablespoonparmesan grated
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
¼ teaspoondried oregano

Instructions
Chipotle Aioli
Step 1
Combine all ingredients to taste
Garlic Bread
Step 2
Just mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl for the garlic spread. Spread some evenly on just one side of the bread. Then toast the bread in the oven on broil until just golden and crispy.
Steak
Step 3
Just sprinkle room temperature steak with salt and black pepper on all sides.
Step 4
Add a little neutral oil to a cast iron skillet that is very hot and sear the steak on all sides over high heat. Center-cut filet mignon is a very thick steak so I cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Once it has a beautiful sear and golden color, drop the heat and add butter. Baste it for another minute or two and then take it off heat and cover in foil to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 5
After 10 minutes, slice the steak and it is ready for some sandwich action!

Assemble sand which by spreading aioli on both sides and over steak and layer with whatever veggies you would like
