Instructions

Step 1
Clean and chop lettuce into bite sized pieces. Thinly shave radicchio. Shred chicken breast.
Step 2
Add to salad bowl, then dice all toppings to desired size - sundried tomato, shallot, peppers, olives. Add capers and feta to your liking.
Step 3
Dress with about 3 tablespoons of olive oil, generous pinch of salt, and 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar.
