Step 1
1. Cut the top off the coconut and pour out the coconut water into a bowl

2. Scrape out some coconut jelly
Step 3
3. In a pan, stir fry shrimp in mustard oil, salt, and turmeric for 1 minute

4. Remove shrimp from heat

5. Add onion paste, garlic paste, mustard paste, green chili paste, coconut, salt, and coconut milk
Step 6
6. Stir in water, turmeric, and sugar
Step 7
7. Add back the shrimp and mix well
Step 8
8. Transfer the dish inside the coconut
Step 9
9. Seal the coconut with wheat dough and steam for 10 minutes
