Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 cup of lentil to cooking pot and thoroughly wash.

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

Turn stove onto medium.

After 12 minutes, stir,

While it’s boiling (about 10 minutes), turn stove all the down and cover.

After 20 minutes, use whisk or hand blender for about 1 minute.

Wash and add 1 bay leaf.
