Instructions
Step 1
In a pan add cumin seeds and pepper. Dry roast it until it turns aromatic.
Step 2
Allow it to cool down. Once cooled down, transfer it into a mixer. Grind it into a fine powder. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add small onions, garlic cloves and ginger in it.

Saute it until it turns golden brown in color.

Add tomato in it. Saute it until tomato is cooked well.

Add chicken bones in it. Mix it.
Step 7
Add turmeric powder, grounded powder and salt to taste in it. Mix everything well.
Step 8
Add 3 cup water in it. Mix well.
Step 9
Close the lid of the pressure cooker.
Step 10
Pressure cook it for 7 whistles.
Step 11
Add black pepper powder and coriander leaves in it. Mix it.
Step 12
Cook it for 1 minute.
Step 13
Chicken soup is now ready to serve.
