Ingredients

1 tsptumeric
1 tspcurry powder
1 tspgaram masala
½ tspcinnamon
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tspchili powder
1 tsppaprika
salt

1 poundground turkey
¼ cupbasil
fresh chopped
3purple carrots
roughly chopped
1yellow onion
roughly chopped
1leek
chopped
1yellow pepper
chopped
3celery stalks
roughly chopped
4potato
small, quartered
0.5cabbage
small, roughly sliced
1can diced tomatoes
32 ounceschicken stock
cilantro
chopped
red onion
diced
fresh lime
2 tspolive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Brown turkey and spices in olive oil using the saute function of the pressure cooker.
Step 2
Add chopped basil and saute with ground turkey.
Step 3
Add all vegetables and saute for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add 1 can of diced tomatoes and 32 ounces of chicken stock. Stir to mix well.
Step 5
Turn off saute function then seal pressure cooker. Set pressure cooker to cook on high for 11 minutes then a 10 minute delayed release.
Step 6
Serve in a bowl with chopped cilantro and diced red onion as a garnish. Squeeze with fresh lime juice and enjoy.
