For the dressing
150gsilken tofu
1 TbspACV
1 Tbspnutritional yeast
1garlic clove
½ tsponion powder
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppeppercorns
crushed
½ tspyellow mustard
1 tspdried herbs
For the Bowl

Step 1
make the dressing with the blender
Step 2
wash the kale and pat dry, then steam for 1-2 minutes
Step 3
place in the bowl and add rice and beans and other ingredients with the dressing and mix well.
