Step 1
Soak oats with lime / vinegar (if making a lot, soak in 2 separate pots)
Instant Pot
Step 2
Add 1 cup water for every 100g of oats. Mix in cinnamon and raisins. -- 5 min.
Step 3
Make and add sauce to taste (chocobanana, chia, apple, peach, etc). Serve with fruit.
