Getting enough nutrition is hard these days . This mix is full of anti oxidants vitamin and protein rich with omega 3 fatty acids zinc and manganese amongst many other benefits . This is a great topping to add to Müsli overnight oats or even salads with super nutrition in every spoonful

Store these in an airtight container and I like to keep some in a little container with a lid to take with me for lunch when I am at work . Add a few tablespoons to Müsli or overnight oats or salads on the go . Enjoy
