Instructions

Step 1
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and then add noodles. Boil for 3 minutes or until desired texture.
Step 2
Using only 1 cup of the boiled water poor it into a bowl, mix in the season packet, cover and put aside.
Step 3
Remove the noodles and put a cork full of oil in the same pot. Place the noodles back in the pot on medium heat. Stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Turn off the stove and add your soya sauce, garlic powder, black pepper and parsley to the noodles and incorporate the ingredients.
Step 5
Lastly, crack your egg in a skillet or frying pan and cook sunny side up. For your desired texture cook accordingly.
Step 6
All done, now it’s time to assemble your meal. Add the seasoned and cooked noodles carefully into the broth, followed by your egg. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley and ENJOY :).
