Instructions

Step 1
Boil water for the pasta, add salt and pasta, cook it, following the instructions from the pasta box
Step 2
Preheat the pan, add olive oil, meanwhile finely chop the onion and garlic, transfer to pan and sweat on medium-low heat, until the onion is transparent (do not burn it!) Grate Parmesan cheese
Step 3
Cut the salmon into medium cubes, transfer to the pan, sear for 2 minutes, season with salt, pepper and deglaze everything with cream, rise the temperature, until cream starts boiling, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix well with sauce, add Parmesan cheese, if necessary, add a bit of pasta water, mix everything together, garnish with finely chopped parsley
