Ingredients

500gchicken thigh
Minced
1onion
chopped
1tomato
5green chillies
1 tspginger paste
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
½ tspgaram masala
1 tspred chilli flakes
1 tspcoriander powder
½ tspWhole coriander
1 tspcumin powder
1 tsppomegranate powder
1 tspkebab masala
packet, optional
2 Tbspgram flour
1egg

Instructions
Step 1
Chop tomato, onion and green chillies finely. (Tip: De-seed the tomato before chopping to avoid the mixture becoming too runny as then the kebabs will break and not hold shape)
Step 2
Mix everything and refrigerate for 30mins
Step 3
Shape the kebabs and place on a baking sheet, drizzle some oil and into the oven at 200°C for 40mins. Flip the kebabs over half way through. (you can also shallow fry them in some oil for a few mins each side)
Step 4
You can freeze any extra kebabs once cooked down and defrost and grill a bit before using.
Step 5
Enjoy on its own with chutney, with rice or in a burger bun
