Instructions
Step 1
Cook sustitute sausage well and drain and excess juices. Saute sausage, mushrooms, onions, peas, canned tomatoes and bullion in olive oil. Add salt. Cook until the onions are soft.
Step 2
Start pasta. Cook for 10 mins.
Step 3
Add heavy cream, fresh pepper, ricotta or cottage cheese. Boil down. Drain pasta and mix with sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Pasta should be glowing, not soupy. Serve and enjoy.
