Step 1
1 Spray the chicken thighs with a little oil, then coat in the paprika and season to taste. Heat a nonstick frying pan over a high heat on the hob, then place the chicken skin side down in the pan and sear for about 2 minutes, until the skin is crisp.
Step 2
Turn and sear on the other side for 2 minutes.
Step 3
2 Place the chicken with all the remaining ingredients, except the cream and spinach, in the slow cooker, stir and season to taste. Cook on high for 3 hours, then stir in the cream and spinach.
