Step 1
In a blender mix tomatoes, sauce, and garlic until blended but still small chunks.
Step 2
Pour out half of the mixture into a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Add Peppers and onions into blender and mix until chopped up.
Step 4
Then mix all together with the set aside mixture in the bowl and add the garlic salt and pepper.
Step 5
Refrigerate several hours so the flavors with blend together.
Step 6
Serve with tortilla chips.
