Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, medium low, heat the oil and toast the seeds for 2 minutes until popping. Add onion and cook 5-7 minutes before adding garlic.

Step 3
Partially puree the curry, add the beans cook over medium low for 5 minutes, then add coconut milk and lime juice
