Instructions
Step 1
Mix water and yeast in a bowl, add salt, chili, seed, whole grain flour and sun dried tomatoes.
Step 2
Add the bread flour little by little. When you can mix it anymore, fold the dough on your kitchen table. It is okay if its is a bit sticky.
Step 3
Pincel a bowl with olive oil and insert the dough. Let it rest for 30 min
Step 4
From the dough to buns (or one big lough of bread stort brød) and let it grow on baking paper for another 1-2 hours.
Step 5
Pincel the bread with a bit of milk and sprinkle with salt and Parmesan cheese
Step 6
Bake the bread in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-18 min, until it is golden
